CHAMPS Condition Reports (CRs) are documents used to report problems (faulty conditions) that may or may not require further action.
Overview
Complex Condition Evaluation
In many facilities, a simple Work Request addresses reporting, review and approval needs. However, highly regulated industries require a Condition Report module to handle complex evaluations across multiple disciplines, engineering/maintenance/operational reviews, regulatory reporting, and approval hierarchies.
Initiate Condition Reports
Any CHAMPS user can initiate a Condition Report to document deficiencies or issues. Once submitted, the report is reviewed and screened by the Corrective Action Program team. This process may automatically trigger additional documents including evaluation, operability, reportability, maintenance rule assessments, and other required analyses.
Action Items and Work Orders
Multiple Action items and Work Orders can be manually created against the CR. Each CR-related document has its own workflow approval process and supporting documentation defined in comments and attachments.
