The Port Authority of Jamaica

The Port Authority of Jamaica is the principal maritime agency responsible for the regulation and development of Jamaica’s ports and shipping industry. Established by the Port Authority Act of 1972, PAJ is the governments principal maritime agency responsible for regulating and fostering development of Jamaica’s ports and shipping industry.

The Port Authority of Jamaica uses CHAMPS CMMS that includes Maintenance, Inventory, Purchasing and Accounts Payable at their Shipping Ports in:

Kingston, – Kingston Container Terminal

Montego Bay, – Port of Montego Bay

Ocho Rios, – The Port of Ocho Rios

The CHAMPS solutions help the Port Authority of Jamaica in ensuring the safety of all vessels navigating the ports of entry and regulating the tariffs charged on goods passing through the public wharves.
