The CHAMPS Calibration Module provides the ability to extensively track instruments, devices, tools and equipment that require audit traceability back to an established standard. This module defines and tracks when instruments are due for calibration or testing tasks and give users a tool to forecast the impact.

Calibration activities can be assigned to technicians, with qualifications tracked to ensure all work is performed by properly trained and authorized personnel.
Calibration Management & Tracking
Calibrated instruments, tools, and measurement standards can be tracked while also used in forecasting and performing calendar-based or on-demand calibration tasks using qualified technicians within CHAMPS.
Track instrument usage via Work Orders
Track the use of calibrated instruments and tools through Work Order Tasks. The Retest tab captures test instruments used, linking instrument IDs and procedures directly to specific tasks for full traceability.
Where-used reverse traceability reports
Provide where-used reverse traceability reports identifying standard to Instrument/Tool usage, Technician to Calibration task performance, and Instrument/Tool to Equipment usage.
