Administrative Training
CHAMPS Administrative Training programs give your qualified IT Department the skills to maintain and manage your CRM system with accuracy and precision. It encompasses the End User training with extended sessions in the management of your CRM. At the highest level of Administrative Training, CHAMPS teaches your IT staff to customize the CRM system so you gain maximum scalability as your business grows.

End User
Your End Users are the front line infantry of your business. CHAMPS' Training Curriculum will ensure you that from day one, your end users can move painlessly through their new CRM. Our training consists of not only the technical needs of the End User, but also the mental adoptability of their new CRM. We want your End Users to completely adopt their new CRM and to realize the power that comes with accurate use of this great business tool.

CHAMPS recommends that your managers attend the training sessions as well, demonstrating acceptance to your End Users. In fact, managers are also End Users in that they must utilize the data in your CRM to keep your business growing and moving ahead of the competition.

Train-the-Trainer
The Train-the-Trainer program allows for 2 or 3 of your employees to learn the methods that CHAMPS uses to train new CRM End Users. It encompasses not only the complete End User training program, but also a program to teach them how to most effectively train your CRM users, thereby increasing the productivity of your CRM system.
